What eggs should I buy?

France, Nadine(2011-01-01)

Abstract

This case examines three different forms of egg production: conventional battery eggs, barn eggs and free range eggs. Designed for an undergraduate classroom, this case invites students to consider the environmental, ethical and economical issues around egg production and make a judgment around which eggs are the 'best' to buy. Note: This case is designed for an undergraduate classroom. Taken from Secondary sources.
