This 11.30 minute video / DVD case outlines a successful property marketing campaign for 22 Drake Street - a commercial property in Auckland's CBD. The case begins by introducing 22 Drake Street, its location, and that the property had been unsuccessfully marketed for 8 months. Students are asked to develop a marketing strategy to effectively sell the property including suggesting interior and exterior changes the building may require to match their marketing campaign. Students are then shown the strategy that was used to sell 22 Drake Street.
